When ordering Repeat Prescriptions please tick the required items on the computer slip provided and either drop it in or post it 3 working days before the medicine is required.
You may also fax repeats through on 01420 520024.

Please do not telephone repeat requests. These measures will provide the safest means of supplying your medicine and assist our dispensary staff.
If it is at all possible, please collect your own medicines in person. If you are exempt from prescription charges for any reason, it is important that you bring proof of this with you, each time that you collect your medicines.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
We are a dispensing practice and are able to dispense for any patients who live more than 1 mile (1.6km) from a pharmacy. Our team of Dispensers is led by Susan Marlow. Susan is available if you have any concerns regarding your medication or the services offered by the Dispensary.

Patients who access private healthcare can often be given a private prescription for treatment recommended by the Consultant/Specialist. The person signing the prescription takes full legal and clinical responsibility for the treatment they are prescribing.
Private prescriptions cannot therefore simply be 'converted' to an NHS prescription. There is a process to be followed and we kindly ask you to note the following:
Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs). The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge for those who can afford to pay for their medicines. Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication.
Please allow 3 full working days between ordering and collecting your prescription.Items which are not normally on your repeat prescription may take longer to process as they will need to be authorised by a Doctor.
